Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in construction and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project layout implementation, staff management, client coordination, and timely submission of daily progress reports (DPR).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.

Execute project layouts and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site staff for smooth project execution.

Handle and monitor site manpower, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the office.

Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors regarding project requirements.

Monitor project timelines and ensure work completion as per schedule.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Maintain site records, measurements, and documentation.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in site execution and construction management.

Strong knowledge of project layouts, drawings, and construction methodologies.

Experience in staff handling and client coordination.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.

Good communication and leadership skills.
