Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising work, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with workers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and engineers for smooth workflow.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance at the site.
• Report project progress and issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Assist in site measurements and inspections.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering .
• 1–2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Ability to handle site labor and coordinate with teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or basic drawings interpretation.
• Ability to maintain documentation and site reports.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel if required.
