Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Civil Supervisor to oversee construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising labor, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and project engineers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Check material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on project status.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Verify measurements and work completion as per approved drawings.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of civil construction practices and site management.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1+ year of experience as a Site Supervisor/Civil Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Ability to manage site operations independently.
