Job Summary:

A Computer Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling computer systems, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks. They perform routine maintenance, manage data processing tasks, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor computer systems and ensure they are functioning properly.
• Operate and manage computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Perform data entry, data processing, and report generation.
• Maintain system logs and operational records.
• Back up data regularly and ensure data security.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate with IT support teams for complex technical problems.
• Install and update software applications as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational data.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
