Construction / Site Supervisor

## Core Responsibilities

1. Site Management & Oversight

Daily Supervision: Monitor daily progress on-site to ensure work aligns with approved 2D drawings, 3D renders, and technical specifications.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of workmanship, materials, and finishes to maintain high standards and prevent costly re-work.

Problem Solving: Identify on-site technical challenges or structural discrepancies early and coordinate with the design team for immediate solutions.

2. Vendor & Labor Coordination

Workforce Management: Supervise on-site contractors (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters) to ensure they are following the project schedule.

Material Logistics: Track material deliveries, verify quantities against purchase orders, and ensure proper storage to prevent damage or theft.

Turnkey Execution: For turnkey projects, manage the end-to-end workflow from civil changes to the final installation of modular furniture and kitchens.

3. Technical & Space Planning Documentation

Measurement Verification: Take accurate "as-built" measurements of the site before and during construction to ensure modular units fit perfectly.

Reporting: Maintain a daily site log or progress report, documenting milestones achieved, delays, and any deviations from the plan.

Layout Implementation: Ensure that electrical points, plumbing lines, and structural partitions are placed exactly as per the space planning layouts.

4. Safety & Compliance

Safety Standards: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols for all workers on-site.

Site Cleanliness: Ensure the site is kept organized and debris-free, especially during the final stages of a project.

5. Client & Designer Communication

Timeline Management: Proactively update the project manager on potential delays to ensure the "handover" date remains realistic.

### Key Requirements & Skills

Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings, electrical layouts, and 3D visualizations.

Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for finishes, alignments, and material quality.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to manage diverse labor te

ams and interact professionally with clients.
