Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting diamond and jewellery products, provide product knowledge, and ensure excellent in-store experience to drive sales.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
Showcase diamond, lab-grown diamond, and jewellery products
Explain product features, quality (4Cs – Cut, Clarity, Color, Carat), and pricing
Achieve daily / monthly sales targets
Maintain display counters and ensure proper product presentation
Handle billing process and basic documentation
Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business
Coordinate with inventory and backend team for stock availability
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
