Customer Service Manager

We're seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our after-sales service team at our e-rickshaw dealerships and showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing a team of technicians, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve exceptional service standards.

- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through prompt and efficient service delivery.

- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to technicians to resolve complex issues.

- Warranty Claims: Manage warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers to ensure smooth processing.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management of spare parts and ensure efficient utilization.

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or e-rickshaw industry.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of e-rickshaws and electrical systems.

- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
