About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across calls, emails, and chats.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products/services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
