We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager who can build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and generate repeat business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal, taxation, and compliance services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation, payments, and project status.
• Resolve client queries and complaints professionally and within the defined TAT.
• Generate leads through existing clients, referrals, and networking.
• Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM software.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client interaction reports.
• Achieve assigned revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve client engagement and retention.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Relationship Management, Customer Success, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Consulting.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Preferred CandidatesExperience in Legal, Taxation, Financial Services, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, or Consulting industries.
• Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, ROC, Company Registration, or Compliance services will be an added advantage.
