We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager who can build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and generate repeat business.
- Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal, taxation, and compliance services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation, payments, and project status.
- Resolve client queries and complaints professionally and within the defined TAT.
- Generate leads through existing clients, referrals, and networking.
- Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client interaction reports.
- Achieve assigned revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve client engagement and retention.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Relationship Management, Customer Success, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Consulting.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Preferred CandidatesExperience in Legal, Taxation, Financial Services, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, or Consulting industries.
- Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, ROC, Company Registration, or Compliance services will be an added advantage.
