Job Description
Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for both Domestic and International processes. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and are looking to build a long-term career in the BPO/Customer Service industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels including voice, email, and chat while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, and chat)
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customer queries and concerns
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer issues
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while dealing with customers
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
- Meet individual and team performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Fresher to 5 Years (BPO/Customer Support experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Both can apply)
- Languages: Good command over Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication is a must
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35–40 WPM required for handling chat/email processes
- Flexibility: Should be comfortable working in Day/Night/Rotational shifts
- Work Environment: Comfortable working from office setup
