Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage daily online marketplace and website operations. The role involves product listing, inventory management, order processing, catalog updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings across the website and online marketplaces.
• Upload and update product information, images, pricing, and descriptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
• Process online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor marketplace performance and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Assist in planning and executing online promotions and campaigns.
• Resolve product listing and order-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail operations.
• Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, or Shopify is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
