Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads while maximizing ROI.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
• Execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting for better conversions.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, banners, videos, and landing pages.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google Ads updates, and Meta advertising policies.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, or Service-based lead generation is preferred.
