Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Drive residential, commercial, and plotted property sales.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure target achievement.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity.
