Job Description
- Visit battery swapping stations and monitor daily operations
- Handle installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of EV batteries and swapping equipment
- Support driver onboarding and assist with KYC/document verification
- Ensure batteries are charged, maintained, and available at swap stations
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for issue resolution
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor station performance and service quality
- Educate drivers/customers about battery swapping processes and safety guidelines
- Maintain daily reports of field activities, technical issues, and resolutions
- Ensure proper usage and safety compliance of batteries and equipment
Assist in expansion and setup of new battery swapping stations
