  • 🔧 Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, and maintain solar PV systems and related equipment.
  • Perform routine operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate work and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate with project and site teams for smooth execution.
  • 🎓 Eligibility CriteriaDiploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Experience in solar plant installation, maintenance, or quality inspection preferred.
  • Basic understanding of solar systems, electrical safety, and site operations.
  • Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply for trainee roles.
