Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Service Engineer to handle onsite service and maintenance activities for Lithium-Ion batteries, solar battery systems, and inverters across Lucknow and nearby regions. The candidate will be responsible for attending field service calls, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of energy storage and power backup systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend field service calls for Lithium-Ion batteries, solar batteries, and inverter systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults related to battery packs, BMS, chargers, inverters, wiring, and electrical connections.
• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown servicing at customer locations.
• Conduct battery testing, health checks, and replacement activities when required.
• Troubleshoot inverter-related issues including charging, backup, and power output problems.
• Maintain service reports, issue logs, and customer visit records.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for escalations and spare replacement.
• Ensure all servicing activities follow electrical and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and basic operational training to customers.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in:
• Electrical
• Electronics
• Electrician Trade
• Wireman Trade
• Renewable Energy / Solar Technician

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Lithium-Ion battery systems.
• Knowledge of solar batteries, inverters, UPS systems, and power backup solutions.
• Understanding of BMS (Battery Management System) and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in field servicing and customer support.
• Ability to identify and resolve electrical faults independently.
• Basic understanding of multimeter usage and electrical testing tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

• Solar energy systems

• Lithium battery servicing

• Inverter installation and maintenance

• Field technical support

 will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel within Lucknow and nearby areas for field visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
