Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveCompany: NDMI Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd

Location: Uttar Pradesh and Northern Region (Field-Based)

Salary: ₹15,000 per month CTC + Allowances + Incentives + Expenses

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our biomass wood pellet equipment and fuel products. You will actively seek out new industrial and commercial prospects and manage client relationships across Uttar Pradesh and the Northern Region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B industrial sales, a passion for green energy, and the drive to work independently on the ground to close deals.

  • 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities with industrial boilers, commercial plants, and heating applications.
  • Direct Selling: Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations showcasing our pellet equipment and biomass fuel efficiency.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with factory owners, purchase managers, and plant engineers.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas and targets set by management.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections skillfully and negotiate contract terms for high-value equipment and bulk fuel supply.
  • Market Feedback: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide regular feedback to the management team.
  • Record Keeping: Update all client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales documentation daily in the company CRM software.
  • 🛠️ Requirements & SkillsExperience: Proven track record in a field sales role dealing with industrial machinery, manufacturing B2B equipment, or renewable energy.
  • Driving License: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory for extensive regional travel.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Independence: Strong self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and manage a variable schedule efficiently.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred but equivalent sales experience is highly valued.
