Position: Field Sales Executive – Rooftop Solar (B2C)
Location Lucknow

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate residential rooftop solar sales. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, conducting site visits, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, societies, local campaigns, and market activities
- Meet residential customers and explain rooftop solar benefits, savings, subsidy, and ROI
- Conduct initial site assessments and collect customer electricity bill details
- Prepare and present quotations with support from the technical team
- Follow up with prospects and close sales deals
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer database
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and society meetings
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems preferred
- Strong field sales and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to travel locally for customer meetings
- Smartphone and basic MS Excel/WhatsApp knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate candidates can apply
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C field sales preferred
- Experience in solar, electrical, real estate, insurance, telecom, or consumer durable sales is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
