Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team at Solarzon Energy. The role involves promoting and selling solar rooftop systems, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

Meet potential customers to understand their energy requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.

Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and explain technical/financial benefits of solar systems.

Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in solar/renewable energy or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territories.

Basic knowledge of solar rooftop systems will be an added advantage.
