Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive for our courier and logistics business in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for generating new B2B clients, increasing shipment revenue, and maintaining customer relationships.

This role is best suited for someone with prior experience in field sales, logistics sales, courier franchise sales, B2B client acquisition, or supply chain services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business from local shops, traders, ecommerce sellers, wholesalers, and corporate clients
• Visit potential customers in the field on a daily basis
• Develop long-term relationships with existing clients
• Increase shipment bookings and monthly billing
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service follow-ups
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth pickups and deliveries
• Achieve monthly sales and billing targets
• Submit daily visit and sales reports to management
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of sales experience
• Prior experience in courier, logistics, transport, shipping, or B2B sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good local market knowledge of Lucknow
• Must own a bike / two-wheeler
• Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings
