Job Description
We are hiring a Front Office Executive for INFINITE, a premium interior showroom in Lucknow.
Your role will be to manage the front desk, greet walk-in clients, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist walk-in clients
• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp queries
• Understand client requirements and guide them accordingly
• Coordinate with sales/design team
• Maintain basic client records and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Presentable and confident personality
• Comfortable interacting with premium clients
• Basic knowledge of computer/WhatsApp
Location: INFINITE Showroom, Lucknow
Working Days: 6 days a week
