Job Description

We are looking for a well-presented and polite Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling patient walk-ins and appointment scheduling
  • Managing calls, WhatsApp and front desk queries
  • Maintaining patient records and basic billing coordination
  • Ensuring smooth front office operations
  • Coordinating with doctors and internal team

Requirements

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (with good communication skills)
  • Presentable personality with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)
  • 1–2 years experience

Salary
