Tum Tum Land is Lucknow's favourite indoor play destination for kids aged 0–8. Located in Badshahnagar, we offer a safe, screen-free space packed with trampolines, ball pits, slides, a mini zip line, pretend play areas, and more — all alongside a cosy in-house café. We host birthday parties and events, and we're growing fast.

Role overview

We're looking for a confident, hands-on Head Manager to lead daily operations at Tum Tum Land. You'll be the go-to person for everything that happens at the venue — from ensuring a smooth customer experience to managing the team, handling bookings, and keeping the space running at its best. This role also involves daily cash handling and reporting, so we place a strong emphasis on honesty and integrity above all else.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the play area and café
• Manage, train, and motivate the front-line staff
• Handle birthday party and event bookings end-to-end
• Manage daily cash collections, maintain accurate records, and submit end-of-day reports
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and child-friendliness at all times
• Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints with a warm, professional approach
• Track inventory, vendor coordination, and basic accounts
• Collaborate with the owner on promotional activities and special events

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or venue management
• High integrity and honesty — this is non-negotiable; the role involves daily cash handling and financial reporting
• Prior experience handling cash, billing, and end-of-day reconciliation
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks, billing software, and WhatsApp communication
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a busy, family-facing environment

Good to have Bonus

• Hands-on experience with Canva for creating posts, invites, or promotional material
• Familiarity with social media posting on Instagram or Facebook for a business page
