Roadside Assistance Coordinator

We are hiring a Roadside Assistance Call Coordinator for a towing business. The candidate will attend calls from contractor companies, note pickup/drop details, coordinate with the towing driver, share updates in WhatsApp group, and manage the job until completion. This is a remote work-from-home role. Candidate must be responsible, active on calls/WhatsApp, and comfortable using Google Maps. Experience in customer support, logistics, transport, or driver coordination is preferred.

We are hiring a responsible Roadside Assistance Coordinator for our towing and vehicle recovery business. The person will manage calls from contractor/roadside assistance companies, coordinate with our driver, and make sure every towing job is handled properly from pickup to drop.

This is a remote work-from-home role. All coordination will happen through phone calls and WhatsApp group.

• ResponsibilitiesAttend calls from contractor companies / roadside assistance partners.
• Note down vehicle pickup location, drop location, customer details, and job instructions.
• Call and coordinate with the towing driver.
• Share pickup and drop details in the WhatsApp group.
• Track driver status and keep updating the company/partner.
• Coordinate with customer/driver if there is any location or timing issue.
• Collect photos/videos/status updates from driver before pickup and after drop.
• Maintain daily job records in WhatsApp/Google Sheet if required.
• Make sure every job is completed smoothly and professionally.
• RequirementsGood communication skills on phone.
• Must be active and responsive on WhatsApp.
• Should be comfortable handling calls calmly.
• Basic knowledge of Google Maps and location sharing.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and available during duty hours.
• Should be able to coordinate between company, driver, and customer.
• Basic English/Hindi communication required.
• Experience in customer support, dispatch, logistics, transport, fleet coordination, or roadside assistance will be preferred.

• Must be available on calls and WhatsApp during working hours.
• No office visit required unless needed.
