Position: HR Cum Telecaller Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible HR Cum Telecaller Executive to join our NGO team. The candidate will handle recruitment-related work, coordinate with candidates, maintain records, and communicate with students/beneficiaries through calls and messages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telecalling and candidate/student follow-up
- Provide information regarding NGO programs, admissions, counseling, and activities
- Conduct interview coordination and candidate screening
- Maintain attendance, employee, and student records
- Manage WhatsApp, calls, and office communication professionally
- Support HR activities like hiring, documentation, and onboarding
- Coordinate with office staff and management team
- Maintain daily reports and data entries
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Confident speaking and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork ability
- Ability to manage calls and office work efficiently
