Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Eligibility

• LL.B / B.A. LL.B (Enrolled / eligible to enroll preferred)

• 0–2 years experience (Freshers may apply)

Skills Required:

• Strong spoken communication in Hindi & English

• Ability to explain legal issues in a simple, client-friendly manner

• High emotional intelligence, patience, and professional conduct

• Good listening skills and confidence in client interaction

Compensation

• Fixed Retainer: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 / month (Depending on experience).

• Performance Incentive: 15% of the professional fee for every client you successfully onboard/convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Handle pre-screened leads. Conduct initial phone consultations and schedule in-office meetings.

• Case Assessment: Listen to client issues (Civil, Criminal, Family, etc.), apply legal mind to identify the correct remedy, and explain the legal process to them confidently.

• Conversion: Bridge the gap between an inquiry and a paid client. (You must be comfortable discussing professional fees).

• Legal Work: Assist senior advocates in drafting petitions, notices, and research work for the clients you onboard.
