Eligibility

·       LL.B / B.A. LL.B (Enrolled / eligible to enroll preferred)

·       0–2 years experience (Freshers may apply)

Skills Required:

·       Strong spoken communication in Hindi & English

·       Ability to explain legal issues in a simple, client-friendly manner

·       High emotional intelligence, patience, and professional conduct

·       Good listening skills and confidence in client interaction

Compensation

·       Stipend: ₹5,000/- month.

·       Performance Incentive: 15% of the professional fee for every client you successfully onboard/convert.

Key Responsibilities

·       Client Consultation: Handle pre-screened leads. Conduct initial phone consultations and schedule in-office meetings.

·       Case Assessment: Listen to client issues (Civil, Criminal, Family, etc.), apply legal mind to identify the correct remedy, and explain the legal process to them confidently.

·       Conversion: Bridge the gap between an inquiry and a paid client. (You must be comfortable discussing professional fees).

·       Legal Work: Assist senior advocates in drafting petitions, notices, and research work for the clients you onboard.
