About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager with 3–6 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationship management skills, experience in handling and mentoring sales teams, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify growth opportunities.
- Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products/services.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Team ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/account managers.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions.
- Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on target achievement.
- Assist team members in client negotiations and deal closures.
- Revenue & Performance ManagementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business reports.
- Track key performance metrics and account profitability.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and account reconciliations.
- Coordination & ReportingCollaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales and account management.
- Experience in handling and leading sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
