Marketung Communications And Outreach Manger

About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident and creative communicator who can represent our brand while building strong relationships with potential clients in the F&B and events industry. This is not a routine telecalling job — it’s a marketing-led communication role where your voice, approach, and ideas will directly impact brand growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with potential clients (especially caterers, event planners, and restaurants) to introduce them to our trending dessert concept — Live Kunafa Counters.
• Confidently explain the product, handle objections, and close deals — over call or in-person (if required).
• Coordinate training, support, and onboarding for new clients.
• Generate leads and identify key contacts for national or high-ticket clients using LinkedIn, networking, or direct outreach — for example, pan-India restaurant chains, event groups, or integration opportunities with existing menus.

Would be a bouns if you can: (Not necessary)

• Create short video or reel-style content to promote brand awareness.

or

• Handle Offline marketing which might involve travelling.

What We’re Looking For:

• Great communication & persuasion skills (Hindi + English)
• Confidence on calls — not robotic scripting
• Someone who understands marketing and brand tone
• A go-getter with clarity, presence, and energy
• Independent, self-driven, and creative
• Experience in hospitality, events, or FMCG will be a plus

Location:

Lucknow (On-Site)

Indicative Salary*: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + incentives upto 40k a month.

*Salary is no bar for an exceptional candidate.
