Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join our team. In this role, you will be working directly on the field, meeting potential clients, conducting property visits, and closing deals. If you love traveling, meeting new people, and have a passion for sales, this role is for you.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Find potential buyers through local networking, cold calling, and following up on company-provided leads.
Property Site Visits: Meet clients on-site, show them the residential/commercial properties, and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and property consultants.
Sales Closure: Negotiate prices, handle client objections, and guide them through the booking and documentation process to close the deal.
Market Research: Keep track of local real estate trends, competitor projects, and market prices.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
