Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and handling basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms)
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
• Assist in office errands such as banking, courier, and document delivery
• Ensure availability of office supplies (stationery, pantry items)
• Help in setting up meeting rooms
• Open and close office on time
• Support administrative staff in daily tasks

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th pass

• Basic understanding of office work
• Honest, punctual, and disciplined
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions properly
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of basic office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
