What You’ll Do (Your Mission!)

 Manage and maintain vendor relationships by addressing their queries and requirements through calls and emails.

 Prepare and update reports, trackers, and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

 Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth operational processes.

 Negotiate with vendors to optimize costs, timelines, and service delivery.

 Collaborate with internal teams for data sharing, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

 Track and analyze operational data to support decision-making and performance reviews.

What You’ll Need (Your Superpowers!)

 Education: Graduate degree (any discipline).

 Experience: 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably with vendor-facing responsibilities.

 Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting) and good knowledge of MS PowerPoint.

 Core Competencies: o Vendor management and query handling o Negotiation and problem-solving skills o Strong communication skills in both English & Hindi o Detail orientation, organizational ability, and follow-up discipline
