Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

📌 Project Coordination

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site engineers

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution

Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly

Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications

📌 Client Handling

Act as a point of contact between client and company

Understand client requirements and communicate them to the team

Provide regular project updates and handle client queries

📌 Vendor & Contractor Management

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

Follow up for material delivery and work completion

Ensure quality of materials and workmanship

📌 Site Monitoring

Visit sites (if required) to check progress and quality

Ensure safety and compliance standards are followed

Report site issues and delays to management

📌 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain BOQs, quotations, and project documents

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

Track billing, invoices, and payments

📌 Time & Cost Control

Monitor project timelines and deadlines

Assist in cost estimation and budget tracking

Identify delays and suggest corrective actions

🛠️ Required Skills

Basic knowledge of construction & interior works

Understanding of drawings (2D/3D plans)

Good communication & coordination skills

Project management and multitasking ability

MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), and basic software knowledge

Problem-solving mindset

🎓 Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture

Experience: 1–5 years (freshers can be considered for junior roles)

Work Environment

Office + Site visits

Coordination with multiple teams simultaneously
