Job Description


*Profile* Operation and Support Executive – HVAC

*Salary*: Up to ₹20,000 per month

*Location*: Vidharbha Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, UP

*Experience*: 1-3 years

*Gender*: Male candidates only

*Job Type*: Full-time, On-site


*Key Responsibilities:*

1- Maintain CRM, Operations Planner & Project Tracker with accurate data

2- Daily coordination with MD for operations planning & manpower deployment

3- Track project approvals, material dispatches, and update project records

4- Act as bridge between clients, management & site teams for smooth communication

5- Handle client complaints & service requests via phone/WhatsApp/email, assign to technicians


*Key Skills:*

1- Excellent communication in Hindi & English

2- Strong follow-up & coordination ability

3- Good planning & attention to detail

4- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
