Role Summary

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role focuses on executing and optimizing paid campaigns, managing tracking systems, and improving lead and sales performance through structured funnels, including Click-to-WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns for leads and sales  

- Run Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns and improve conversion rates  

- Configure and manage Meta Pixel and event tracking  

- Implement and monitor Conversion API (CAPI)  

- Create and manage catalog (dynamic product) ads  

- Build and optimize retargeting and lookalike audiences  

- Test creatives, copies, and audience segments  

WhatsApp Funnel Management

- Set up Click-to-WhatsApp journeys  

- Work on basic WhatsApp automation flows (lead qualification and follow-ups)  

- Coordinate with internal team/tools for tracking conversations and outcomes  

Google Ads

- Manage Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns  

- Perform keyword research and structure campaigns accordingly  

- Write and test ad copies  

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking (GA4 / Tag Manager)  

- Optimize campaigns based on CPA, CPL, and ROAS  

Funnel & Performance Optimization

- Work on full-funnel campaigns (top, middle, bottom)  

- Identify performance issues and optimize accordingly  

- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages  

- Monitor key metrics and make data-based changes  

Reporting & Tracking

- Ensure proper tracking across Meta and Google platforms  

- Maintain basic performance reports (weekly/monthly)  

- Track lead quality and campaign efficiency  

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads  

- Practical experience with:

 - Meta Pixel  

 - Conversion API (CAPI)  

 - Retargeting strategies  

- Experience running Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns  

- Understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS)  

- Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager  

Good to Have

- Experience with WhatsApp automation tools  

- Experience in lead generation or D2C campaigns  

- Basic understanding of landing page optimization  

Working Conditions
