Job Overview
URJACART, an authorized distributor partner of Waaree, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive. The role involves understanding client requirements, supporting the sales team with technical and commercial inputs, and ensuring effective conversion of leads into business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective customers to understand their solar energy requirements
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and cost estimations
- Conduct product presentations and explain solar solutions to clients
- Support site survey coordination and initial feasibility assessments
- Work closely with the technical team for system design and solution alignment
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare reports
- Address client queries and provide pre-sales support until deal closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Masters in Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Banking pre-sales, sales support, or Solar/energy sector (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of solar systems (rooftop, on-grid, off-grid) is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Profile
- Experience in renewable energy or solar distribution business
- Familiarity with brands like Waaree and solar product portfolio
- Local market understanding of Lucknow and nearby regions

Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: CTC ₹3,50,000 per annum (3.5 LPA)
· Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable
· Statutory Benefits: PF, ESI & Gratuity as per applicable laws
· Medical Insurance: Health insurance coverage of ₹5,00,000
