Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
• Plan and execute solar projects from initiation to commissioning
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Installation)
• Manage client communication and provide regular updates
• Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality benchmarks
• Track project progress and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting (MIS, progress reports).
Requirements:-
• Proven experience in Project Management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in Solar / EPC / Construction industry (preferred)

- Experience 2–3 years of relevant experience in project management
- Prior experience in solar or EPC projects is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: CTC ₹3,50,000 per annum (3.5 LPA)
· Statutory Benefits: PF, ESI & Gratuity as per applicable laws
· Medical Insurance: Health insurance coverage of ₹5,00,000
