We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing property deals. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective clients
Negotiate terms and close sales deals
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients till deal closure
Coordinate with internal teams and property owners
Keep records of leads, site visits, and sales updates
