Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales. You will represent our company’s projects and help clients find the right property that fits their requirements and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Schedule and conduct site visits with clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain a strong follow-up system with potential and existing clients
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, competitors, and ongoing projects
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
