Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by converting leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals for residential and luxury properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on potential leads, understand client requirements, and pitch suitable property options.
- Site Visits: Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers, explaining project features, pricing plans, and amenities.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong networks with channel partners and real estate brokers to boost sales.
- Customer Relationship: Assist clients throughout the documentation, booking, and after-sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, plot sales, or luxury properties.
- A self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
