Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Telecaller / Recruitment Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to job applicants and invite them for interviews.
  • Explain the job role and interview details to candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates and confirm their interview availability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain basic records of candidates and interview status.
  • Ensure regular follow-up with candidates until they attend the interview.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
  • Confident and polite while speaking with candidates.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or recruitment will be an advantage.
