Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for handling client queries related to tax, compliance, and financial services, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Handle client queries related to GST, Income Tax, Company Registration, etc.
• Generate new business through leads and client references
• Follow up with clients for service completion and payments
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Compliance)
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Upsell and cross-sell company services
• Maintain proper client records and reports

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of Taxation (GST, ITR, Compliance)
• Sales and client handling experience
• Good follow-up and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Email)
• Qualification:Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred)
• Relevant experience in sales or client handling
