Job Summary:

We looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead retail store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the store team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and store operations.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a Store Manager role.
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, luxury, or ethnic wear retail is preferred.
• Good communication and team management skills.
