Store Keeper

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory or store management.
• Experience in the hospitality, bakery, restaurant, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect all incoming raw materials, packaging, beverages, and consumables.
• Verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory in ERP/POS/software.
• Issue materials to kitchen, bakery, café, and housekeeping departments against approved requisitions.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the purchasing department about reorder requirements.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) are strictly followed.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, cleanliness, and organization.
• Track expiry dates and prevent wastage.
• Coordinate with vendors and purchase department regarding shortages or damaged goods.
• Prepare daily stock reports and inventory variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards.
• Safeguard company assets and prevent pilferage or inventory loss.
• Required SkillsExcellent inventory management skills.

• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
• Familiarity with inventory software/ERP systems.
