Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer HandlingGreet and attend walk-in customers professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and offers.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings and maximize sales.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with pending customers through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Showroom ManagementMaintain proper display and cleanliness of assigned sections.
  • Ensure all products have correct price tags and information.
  • Arrange products attractively to improve customer experience.
  • Report damaged or missing display items to management.
  • Order & DocumentationPrepare quotations and assist customers with booking procedures.
  • Coordinate with stock, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, bookings, and customer feedback.
  • Update CRM/MIS reports as required.
  • Target AchievementAchieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
  • Promote high-margin and fast-moving products.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers.
  • Customer ServiceHandle customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints.
  • Collect customer feedback after booking and delivery.
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing ability.
  • Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
  • Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
