Job Title: Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor (UP & Bihar Board)

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives / Academic Counsellors to guide and support students from UP Board and Bihar Board in choosing the right academic courses. The role involves counselling students, understanding their learning needs, and helping them enroll in our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic courses and learning programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with interested leads.
• Explain course features, benefits, and pricing to potential students.
• Assist students in the enrollment process.
• Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi.
• Prior experience in EdTech sales or academic counselling is preferred.
• Good understanding of UP Board and Bihar Board academic structure is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
