Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and convert sales leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and client referrals.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with prospective buyers.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, inventory, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Guide clients through the buying process, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and sales activities in CRM tools.
