Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and convert sales leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and client referrals.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with prospective buyers.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, inventory, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Guide clients through the buying process, from initial consultation to closing.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and sales activities in CRM tools.
