Job Description

✅ Assist customers with Home Loan inquiries and guide them throughout the loan process.

✅ Verify and manage customer documents with complete accuracy.

✅ Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.

✅ Regularly follow up on loan applications until approval and disbursement.

✅ Ensure timely documentation and hassle-free processing.

✅ Deliver excellent customer support over phone as well as in person.
