Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Telemarketing Executive to promote and sell our Website Development, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing & IT Services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in calling clients, and the ability to convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch website development, CRM, billing software & digital solutions.
• Understand client requirements and explain suitable service packages.
• Generate leads from calling, WhatsApp outreach, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a daily calling report and update CRM regularly.
• Schedule meetings and demos with interested clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide proper information about pricing, features, and service benefits.
• Handle basic objections and convince clients to take action.
• Coordinate with the technical team for proposal creation and delivery.

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English.
• Confident in telecalling and client handling.
• Basic understanding of websites, software, and digital services.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

🔹 Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass, Graduate preferred.
• Prior telemarketing or sales experience in IT/Service industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM tools will be added advantage.
