Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant for our garment industry operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, taxation, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within deadlines.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
• Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly reports.
• Reconcile ledgers and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.
• Monitor inventory accounting and garment industry-related financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST filing, TDS, taxation, and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
