Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-facing Showroom Sales Executive to manage day-to-day interactions at our Lucknow Experience Centre. You’ll serve as the brand’s front-line representative for clients, architects, and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients, designers, and architects
• Explain product options and guide customers through selections
• Handle follow-ups, invoicing, and order processing
• Manage CRM entries and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Coordinate sample dispatches and client communications
• Support showroom upkeep and maintain high service standards

Requirements:

• Graduate degree (design or business background preferred)
• 1–3 years in client-facing or retail showroom roles (interior/design industry is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with basic tech tools and CRM platforms
• Organised, proactive, and customer-centric
